Easy Blueberry Muffins Recipe
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 32 COOKIES– 1 cup (230 grams) unsalted butter , softened– 1/2 cup (60 grams) powdered sugar– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– 2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)– 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the oven up to 177°F (350°C). Put silicone baking mats or parchment paper on two large baking sheets and set them aside.
1
Make butter and powdered sugar well combined in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with an electric hand-held mixer for 1-2 minutes. Include pure vanilla extract.
2
Mix in the flour and salt until combined. The cookie dough will be crumbly at first but will come together through mixing.
3
Sprinkle 1-tablespoon cookie dough balls on baking sheets. Roll cookie dough balls apart. Use a powdered sugar-dusted cookie stamp, cup bottom, or fork tines to flatten cookie dough balls.
4
Bake in batches at 350°F (177°C) for 11-13 minutes until set and lightly golden brown. After 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet, carefully transfer the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
