Warm the oven up to 177°F (350°C). Spray cooking spray that doesn't stick on an 8-inch square baking dish and set it aside.

Mix cream cheese in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a handheld mixer until smooth. Scrape bowl sides as needed to mix buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
